Returns & Refunds Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

When You May Be Entitled to a Remedy

If a product purchased from Meriba Geds does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy, depending on the nature and seriousness of the problem.

A product may fail to meet a consumer guarantee if, for example, it is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, unfit for a disclosed purpose, or significantly different from its description.

For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, Meriba Geds may choose an appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.

Your consumer rights depend on the circumstances and are not limited to a fixed 30-day period.

Change of Mind

Meriba Geds does not offer refunds or exchanges solely because you change your mind, select the wrong product, no longer want the product, or find it cheaper elsewhere.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please provide your order details and explain the issue with the product. We may request proof of purchase and information reasonably needed to assess your claim.

Please contact us before returning a product so we can provide instructions for the return or assessment.

Any return, repair, replacement, or refund will be handled in accordance with your rights under applicable law. Where the law requires Meriba Geds to cover reasonable costs associated with a remedy, those rights will be honored.
